This page is for people selling antiques, vintage, collectibles, primitives, furniture, art, jewelry, auto memorabilia, and quality handmade or upcycled goods.
If you own a construction company, home-services business, insurance agency, marketing company, or any other business that is not antiques or crafts, do not reserve a dealer booth. Use the sponsorship path below. Our marketing partners handle those packages.

Prices on this page are the standard dealer rates. The final total, add-ons, and any late pricing show at checkout. Tables at Midland and Davisburg rent for $10 each. On-site camping is $50 per night.

Why dealers come back
The buyers are already coming.
Midland is 1,000+ dealers on 80 acres. Davisburg is hundreds of dealers across buildings and tents. Kalamazoo puts you indoors in front of west-Michigan shoppers. You are renting space inside a crowd, not hoping one shows up.
The advertising is already running.
We promote the festivals on TV, radio, and social — including FOX, NBC, CBS, and WXYZ. You do not have to build the audience yourself.
The booth fee is a small test.
An outdoor 15' × 30' starts at $75. If the weekend pays, come back. If you already know the show, take a larger row or a prime end-cap.
Setup is simple and the grounds stay watched.
Load in, set your booth, and sell. Overnight security is on site. Camping is available so you can stay with your stock.
What you can sell
This festival is for antiques, vintage, collectibles, primitives, furniture, art, jewelry, auto memorabilia, and quality handmade or upcycled goods.
Handmade or hand-produced work needs to look like it belongs next to antiques — not like a craft-fair impulse table. If you sell handmade goods, be ready to show photos of your work.
We do not give dealer spaces to:
- Construction, roofing, siding, windows, solar, or home-services companies
- Insurance, healthcare, or finance booths
- Marketing, lead-gen, or mailing-list companies
- MLMs and new mass-produced retail
- Food or drink sold from a dealer booth
- Counterfeit or knock-off goods

Questions dealers actually ask
Who is this page for?
Antique, vintage, collectibles, and handmade sellers. Local service companies and list-builders use the sponsorship form, not Eventbrite.
I’m new. Can I still get a good spot?
Yes. Register as soon as you can. Prime indoor and end-cap spaces go first. Your confirmation email has setup instructions.
Is it rain or shine?
Yes. Midland and Davisburg run rain or shine. Kalamazoo is indoor.
Can I cancel for a refund?
Booth rent is not refundable. Register for the weekend you can work.
Do I keep the same spot next year?
Returning dealers who register on time can request last year’s location. We map spaces in order of registration, so do not wait.
Are tables and electric included?
Kalamazoo includes three tables. Midland and Davisburg tables are $10 each. Ask us before the weekend if you need electric. Do not assume every space has it.
Can I do more than one show?
Yes. Dealers who do two or three fall weekends keep seeing the same shoppers all season. Register for each show you want.
Can I sell food from my booth?
No. Food vendors apply on the Food Vendor page.
